WHICH CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ME?

 

Beginners/New Starts:

No experience necessary. Come and try. Give yourself 3 weeks to settle into the class.

 

Improver/Restarts:

Go at your own pace. Suitable for all levels and very good for warming up before higher levels.

 

Intermediate:

For those who exercise regularly.

 

Advanced:

For experienced exercisers with a good level of fitness.

 

 

IMPORTANT FITNESS INFORMATION

 

A warm up and cool down is essential for the safety of each class and individual. This will be provided in your class.

 

Please arrive promptly and stay for the duration of the class.

 

Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn according to the activity. Appropriate footwear includes ankle boots, full boots and dance trainers (with laces are best).

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you have any injuries or medical problems, please let your instructor know prior to the dance class. Participation in all activities is at your own risk.
